By accessing our Products or Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These policies and procedures apply to all DearUNIVERSE.com products sold on this site or any other site owned by DearUNIVERSE.com that includes a link to this page.

3. Payments & Billing
3.1 All payments for Products and Subscription at DearUNIVERSE.com is by credit card or PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
3.2 Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
3.3 Billing Statement: All purchases will list DearUNIVERSE.com as the billing descriptor on your bank statement.
3.4 Annual DearUNIVERSE.com Subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the members center Accounts page.
3.5 Monthly DearUNIVERSE.com Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the members center Accounts page.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our Product or Subscription, you may request a refund based our on 100% money-back guarantee:
(i) For the Abundance by Design online course, you have up to 10 days after purchase to request a refund.
(ii) For 21-day challenges, refund within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on Product sales page.
(iii) For all other products, refund within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on Product sales page.
(iv) For annual Subscription purchases, refund within 30 days of first purchase.
(v) There are no refunds for monthly subscriptions, only cancellation which will be applied in the next/upcoming billing cycle. You can cancel anytime.
4.2 100% money-back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money-back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.
4.3 Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
4.4 Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
4.5. Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, access to content and community will immediately be revoked.
5. Product Returns
5.1 Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number) before sending packages back. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Once an RMA has been provided, returned products can be sent to Soul Space Media Fulfillment – 759 Panhandle Dr, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.
5.2 You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
5.3 To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, DearUNIVERSE.com strongly recommends sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If DearUNIVERSE.com does not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned DearUNIVERSE.com cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS OR AUSTRALIA POST (for Australian Orders). If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued. Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.
6. Shipping Method & Delivery
6.1 All physical Products are sent through standard mail and are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.
7. Online Product & Subscription Access
7.1 Login access to your “One Time Purchase” online Products and Subscriptions are sent to you via email immediately after purchase.
8. Representations & Warranties
8.1 DearUNIVERSE.com can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies.
8.2 All products and services by DearUNIVERSE.com are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of DearUNIVERSE.com websites, or any of DearUNIVERSE.com content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and DearUNIVERSE.com does not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of DearUNIVERSE.com sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. 9.1 You agree that DearUNIVERSE.com, including but not limited to DearUNIVERSE.com Products and Subscriptions, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content and social media used to implement DearUNIVERSE.com, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by DearUNIVERSE.com and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
9.2 You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the DearUNIVERSE.com services in compliance with this Terms. No portion of the DearUNIVERSE.com’s services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from DearUNIVERSE.com.
9.3 You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the DearUNIVERSE.com services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the DearUNIVERSE.com brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
9.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Terms, DearUNIVERSE.com and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any DearUNIVERSE.com Products, Subscriptions, content, or other materials comprising a part of the DearUNIVERSE.com at any time without notice. In no event will DearUNIVERSE.com be liable for making these changes. DearUNIVERSE.com may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of DearUNIVERSE.com services, in any case and without notice or liability.
9.5 All copyrights in and to DearUNIVERSE.com (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by DearUNIVERSE.com and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. The use of the software or any part of DearUNIVERSE.com, except for the use of DearUNIVERSE.com as permitted in this Terms, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.
9.6 Soul Space Media, the Soul Space Media logo, other Soul Space Media trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos or brands such as DearUNIVERSE.com, Dear Universe or The Manifesting Academy, used in connection with Soul Space Media are trademarks or registered trademarks of Soul Space Media LLC in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Soul Space Media Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
10.1 You agree not to disparage or disseminate any negative information related in any way to DearUNIVERSE.com, the Product and Subscription, successors, or any of its respective past or present partners, shareholders, employees, trustees, or officers, in any way, through any means of communication, publicity or information-dissemination, including but not limited to internet-related means of information-dissemination, whether way of news interviews or the expression of personal views, opinions or judgments made to any individual or entity, including but not limited to the news media or any individual or entity involved in any type of journalism social or mass media, or any individual or entity with who you are aware that DearUNIVERSE.com has, or may have a business relationship, or a relationship of any nature.
