Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any of Dear UNIVERSE® (“Dear UNIVERSE®”) products (“Product”)
By accessing our Products , you agree to be bound by these Terms. These policies and procedures apply to all Dear UNIVERSE® products sold on this site or any other site owned by Dear UNIVERSE® that includes a link to this page.

3. Payments & Billing
3.1 All payments for Products at Dear UNIVERSE® is by credit card or PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
3.2 Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
3.3 Billing Statement: All purchases will list Dear UNIVERSE® as the billing descriptor on your bank statement.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our Product, you may request a refund based on our 30-day 100% money-back guarantee:
4.2 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only. 100% money-back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fees due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try the product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.
4.3 Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
4.4 Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
4.5. Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, access to content and community will immediately be revoked.
5. Product Returns
5.1 Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number) before sending packages back. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Please contact support@dearuniverse.com for our return address.
5.2 You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
5.3 To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, Dear UNIVERSE® strongly recommends sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If Dear UNIVERSE® does not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned Dear UNIVERSE® cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS OR AUSTRALIA POST (for Australian Orders). If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued. Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.
6. Shipping Method & Delivery
6.1 All physical Products are sent through the shipping method you select at checkout.
7. Online Product & Subscription Access
7.1 Login access to your “One Time Purchase” online Products and Subscriptions are sent to you via email immediately after purchase.

8.1 Dear UNIVERSE® can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies.
8.2 All products and services by Dear UNIVERSE® are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of Dear UNIVERSE® websites, or any of Dear UNIVERSE® content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and Dear UNIVERSE® does not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of Dear UNIVERSE® sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. 9. Intellectual Property
9.1 You agree that Dear UNIVERSE®, including but not limited to Dear UNIVERSE® Products and Subscriptions, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content and social media used to implement Dear UNIVERSE®, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Dear UNIVERSE® and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
9.2 You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Dear UNIVERSE® services in compliance with this Terms. No portion of the Dear UNIVERSE®’s services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Dear UNIVERSE®.
9.3 You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Dear UNIVERSE® services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Dear UNIVERSE® brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
9.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Terms, Dear UNIVERSE® and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Dear UNIVERSE® Products, Subscriptions, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Dear UNIVERSE® at any time without notice. In no event will Dear UNIVERSE® be liable for making these changes. Dear UNIVERSE® may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Dear UNIVERSE® services, in any case and without notice or liability.
9.5 All copyrights in and to Dear UNIVERSE® (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Dear UNIVERSE® and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. The use of the software or any part of Dear UNIVERSE®, except for the use of Dear UNIVERSE® as permitted in this Terms, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.
9.6 Dear UNIVERSE®, the Dear UNIVERSE® logo, other Dear UNIVERSE® trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos or brands such as Dear UNIVERSE®, Dear Universe or The Manifesting Academy, used in connection with Dear UNIVERSE® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Dear UNIVERSE® in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Dear UNIVERSE® Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
10. Non-Disparagement
10.1 You agree not to disparage or disseminate any negative information related in any way to Dear UNIVERSE®, the Product and Subscription, successors, or any of its respective past or present partners, shareholders, employees, trustees, or officers, in any way, through any means of communication, publicity or information-dissemination, including but not limited to internet-related means of information-dissemination, whether way of news interviews or the expression of personal views, opinions or judgments made to any individual or entity, including but not limited to the news media or any individual or entity involved in any type of journalism social or mass media, or any individual or entity with who you are aware that Dear UNIVERSE® has, or may have a business relationship, or a relationship of any nature.
