One of the elements often overlooked when it comes to manifestation is intention setting! Yes, this is hard to believe, but most people tend to know they want to change their life, but they're not sure where to begin.
So if this is you - please know you are not alone.
Here's where to begin your journey.
Reflect: Take a moment to reflect on what you truly want to achieve or bring into your life. It could be a feeling, a specific outcome, or a change in your life.
Be Specific: Clearly define your intention. The more specific you are, the more focused your energy will be. For example, instead of "I want to be happy," try "I intend to find joy in my daily activities." Better yet, focus on the feeling. The feeling is the manifestation.
Craft an Affirmation: Turn your intention into a positive, present-tense statement. This helps in embedding the intention into your subconscious. For instance, "Dear Universe, I am enjoying a healthy lifestyle."
Believe in It: Your affirmation should be believable and achievable for you. If it feels too far-fetched, modify it until it feels right. However, if it sparks your levels of inspiration make your affirmation as big as you want! This is your life!
Visualize: Spend a few minutes each day visualizing yourself achieving your intention. Imagine how it feels, what you are doing, and who you are with. Really tune into the feeling that are in the process of manifesting for you.
Act As If: Start to align your actions with your intention. If your intention is to be healthier, start by making healthier choices with your food and how you want to move your body.
Remember, the key to effective intention setting is consistency and belief in your ability to achieve what you set out to do. Regularly revisiting and reflecting on your intention can help to keep it at the forefront of your mind and actions.
