In a world of noise and distractions it can be hard to discern when the Universe is sending you a clear message.

Here are the top 6 ways that I believe the Universe/God/Divine/Source/Spirit speaks to you and sometimes though you.

1. The Universe speaks to you when emotion is stirred

It could be that you hear a beautiful piece of music that moves you to tears. Or it could be a painting that you view in a gallery that draws you into the depth of the canvas. These moments of awe that spark a reaction from your heart are messages from the Divine.

2. The Universe speaks to you in symbols and signs

Ever look at the clock at 11:11 or 2:22?

These angels numbers are powerful signs of alignment from the Universe to pay attention to the present moment.

3. The Universe speaks to you in dreams

Our dreams are a wonderful way to receive messages from the Universe.

Many different cultures believe that our dream life is more important than our waking life. Some people have dreams of the future, or of loved ones that have passed.

Our dream life is a portal into the realm of our subconscious minds.

4. The Universe speaks to you in synchronicity

Have you ever thought of a song and then turned the radio on and it was playing?

Ever thought of a friend right before they texted you?

These synchronicities are ways the Universe reminds you to see the milestones on your wondrous manifestation journey.

Have you ever really connected with an animal friend?

This is a powerful reminder of the Oneness of nature and how our souls are connected as living creatures.

6. The Universe speaks to you through meditation and prayer

Since everything is energy, one of the fastest ways to recalibrate your energy is to meditate.

When you connect intentionally to the Divine in a space of meditation or prayer then you will raise your vibration.

This creates a clearer channel for the Universe to speak through you and for you.
