We live in a world where we are bombarded with messages telling us that we need to work hard to achieve our dreams. The message is that if we want something, we should go out and get it - hustle hard - even if it means compromising our health and wellbeing.
But what if there was another way? A kinder way? What if you could create the life you want simply by trying four easy steps, consistently?
The Law of Attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, you can bring about positive or negative results. This is because your thoughts create your reality. If you focus on positive thoughts, you will attract positive experiences into your life. This is the most basic premise when activating the Law of Attraction.
However, it's deeper than that. It begins with the awareness of the four pillars of manifestation that I have taught over the last decade to thousands upon thousands of people around the world.
There are four simple steps to manifesting your dreams: 1. Ask 2. Believe 3. Receive 4. Gratitude
Let’s take a closer look at each step:
The first step to manifesting your dreams is to ask the Universe for what you want. Be specific and detailed in your request. The more specific you are, the better.
The second step is to believe that your dream is on its way. You must have faith that what you want will come to you.
The third step is to receive your dream with open arms. Be receptive to the signs that the universe is sending you.
The fourth and final step is to give thanks for your dream. Be grateful for what you have been given. Express your gratitude to the universe.
Manifesting works because it is based on the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is the belief that your thoughts create your reality. If you focus on positive thoughts, you will attract positive experiences into your life. Likewise, if you focus on negative thoughts, you will attract negative experiences into your life. The key to manifesting is to focus on your desired outcome with positive, confident thoughts. When you do this, you are sending a message to the Universe that what you want is on its way. The more specific and detailed your vision, the better. The Universe will then work to make your vision a reality.
The power of positive thinking is enormous. When you focus on positive thoughts, you open yourself up to receiving all the good that the Universe has to offer. You attract positive experiences and people into your life. You also begin to see all the possibilities that are available to you. On the other hand, when you focus on negative thoughts, you block yourself from receiving the good that the Universe has to offer. You also could begin to see all the problems and challenges that are in your way. The choice is yours. You can focus on positive or negative thoughts. It’s up to you. But know that your thoughts create your reality. Choose wisely.
